In June 2011, Royal Salute, the prestige Scotch whisky brand, launched a limited edition bottle in London. Synergy was employed to oversee the guest management across the weekend for 40 VIPs from eight international markets. Guests spent two days in London, followed by a third day at Coworth Park, attending the Sentebale Polo Cup, sponsored by Royal Salute.
Royal Salute treated guests to a weekend of luxury that you would expect from the world’s leading luxury Scotch whisky. This included an informal dinner at Koffmann’s on the Friday; lunch at The Ritz on the Saturday, and dinner at One Mayfair Saturday night with accommodation at Claridge’s.
The limited edition ‘Tribute to Honour’ whisky was created to pay homage to the oldest crown jewels of the British Isles: The Honours of Scotland. As the world’s oldest jeweller to royalty, Garrard embellished the Royal Salute 'Tribute to Honour' bottle with 413 flawless white and black diamonds. As each bottle of Royal Salute ‘Tribute to Honour’ was individually numbered and priced at £122,000, and with only 21 in existence, the luxury experience provided to guests was essential.
The second highlight of the weekend took place on the Sunday, with guests travelling in style in Range Rovers and Jaguar cars to Ascot to watch Prince Harry compete against his brother, the Duke of Cambridge, in the Sentebale Polo Cup, sponsored by Royal Salute.
A number of our guests had the privilege of meeting Prince Harry following his defeat to his brother in the polo match, with all guests attending the official dinner and Royal Salute after party in the exquisite grounds of Coworth Park.
Synergy Experiential managed the guest experience to include all transfer logistics, accommodation management, personalisation of itineraries and gift distribution.
