Synergy was tasked with looking after the guest management of all attendees at The Official Opening Ceremony of The Glenlivet's newly-extended distillery on Friday 4 June 2010 which was attended by HRH Prince Charles. Guests included Pernod Ricard Holding, Pernod Ricard subsidiaries and market guests, Scottish politicians, trade press, whisky writers, Scottish media, members of the Scotch whisky industry and local invitees.
Over 150 guests attended from 19 different global markets and took part in a programme of events across two days ahead of the opening ceremony, which included visits to Forsyth’s Coppersmiths and helicopter rides over the Cairgorms. Synergy managed all logistics around the programme which included VIP transfers, hotel accommodation and guest communications ahead of, during and post event.
