Chivas Brothers Round Up

May and June were exceptionally busy months for the Chivas Brothers team at Synergy. In the space of four weeks Synergy delivered three large global events for leading brands; Chivas Regal and Royal Salute, as well as the Pernod Ricard’s Capital Markets Day at The Glenlivet Distillery.

Having coordinated event logistics, guest information, travel plans and created personalised itineraries for over 300 guests from over 20 countries, our teams headed out to event destinations ranging from Cannes in the South of France to Claridge’s in London, to the Cairngorms in Northern Scotland!

Chivas in Cannes

As an Official Partner of the world famous ‘Festival de Cannes’ film festival, Chivas Regal delivered a premium and prestigious hospitality programme giving guests a once in a lifetime, VIP Chivas Regal Cannes experience.

Synergy worked with Chivas Regal to deliver ‘24 hours of Glamour in Cannes’ offering 175 guests and journalists from over 20 global markets an abundance of unique and glamorous ‘money can’t buy’ experiences. These included a walk down the prestigious Red Carpet, attending a film première, being ‘wined and dined’ in Michelin starred restaurants and dancing with the stars at official after-parties in the exclusive Chivas House club on the beach.

Pernod Ricard Capital Market Day

The Pernod Ricard Capital Markets event in late May saw over 100 visitors arrive into Aberdeen airport to begin a 36 hour Pernod Ricard experience. Guests consisted of two groups – media and analysts & financial analysts – they followed different itineraries and came together at various elements across the programme.

Synergy’s role was guest management and was therefore integral to the experience. The guests had an incredibly full itinerary which saw them feast at the stunning Ballindaloch Castle whilst being serenaded by the Red Hot Chilli Pipers, tour two distilleries including the famous distillery at The Glenlivet and attend a day of conferences, Q&As and media interviews with Pernod Ricard senior management.

Pernod Ricard Scotch Whiskey products took centre stage at every step of the tour and the guests experienced several toasts with these ultra-premium products. On the last night the Chivas Regal 25 toast was delivered by Colin Scott – the legend who created this luxurious Scotch whisky.

Royal Salute

The Royal Salute Diamond Jubilee weekend saw key customers and global media joinRoyal Salute for a weekend of celebrations for Her Majesty the Queen’s sixty years on the throne. Synergy supported the brand team with event and guest management all of which was carried out in the context of the Royal Salute luxury brand values of splendour and heritage. Guests had a spectacular weekend, which included a trip to a Queen’s Cup Polo matchat Guards Polo Club in Windsor on the Saturday afternoon and lunch on Sunday at the Tower of London with prime position on the wharf for the Thames Pageant. The very special weekend finished with guests dining at Kensington Palace on the Sunday night. Guests sampled a blend of 60 whiskies prepared by the Chivas Master Blender to mark the historic Diamond Jubilee.

The summer has started with a bang for the Experiential Team at Synergy with no sign of stopping!
